Meet The Team

Gaby Martinez, founder and director of Aerial Fitness Miami since 2021, is a dedicated pole dance instructor and aerial artist. She placed second in the Florida Pole Fitness Championship's Semi-Pro division in 2019 and was invited to judge for the USA Aerial Federation in 2023. Passionate about movement and community, she has built Aerial Fitness Miami into a thriving space for aerial arts, pole dance, and fitness.

Springtime is a Classique Style Pole Dancer and Aerialist, as well as a certified XPERT Pole Fitness instructor. She has been teaching Pole Dance since 2016 and has had a self-practice since 2014. Springtime competes nationally in Pole Dance and performs locally in aerial arts.

She began her journey in pole and aerial arts in her 20s, with no prior experience in dance or flexibility. She bought a pole and started teaching herself at home, using YouTube videos as a guide.

Alex started pole dancing in July of 2021 and she quickly fell in love with the sport and never stopped. Her style is mostly dynamic and sporty, but she also enjoys dramatic dance flows and exotic styles.  She won a gold medal at PSO Nationals in 2023 (Championship Lvl 3) and she completed in PSO Nationals in 2024 (Championship Lvl 4).  Join her on Tuesdays at 6pm for Intro to Pole/Beginner Pole.

​Jen started pole in 2016 and never looked back. She loves all aspects of pole but holds a special place in her heart for static tricks, splits, and conditioning. She strives to help students of all levels and backgrounds strengthen their foundations and learn new moves as they advance in their pole journeys. She won a silver medal at PSO Nationals 2021 (Championship Lvl3) and a gold medal on PSO Virtual  Competition 2024. Jen is a pole mom and poled throughout her pregnancy and postpartum (with modifications, of course), and especially enjoys motivating other parents to pursue their pole goals.
